General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Digital Products

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of digital downloadable coloring books (“Products”) through our website.

I. Seller Information

II. Conclusion of the Contract

  1. By placing an order and completing payment, the buyer (“Customer”) concludes a purchase contract with the Seller for digital content.

  2. The Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions before completing the order.

  3. The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation. The download link is then sent to the Customer by email.

  4. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

III. Price and Payment

  1. All prices are listed in USD including applicable VAT (if applicable).

  2. Payment is accepted via secure online payment methods available at checkout (e.g. card, GoPay).

  3. The Customer will receive a receipt or invoice by email after successful payment.

IV. Delivery of Digital Products

  1. After payment is confirmed, the digital product is delivered to the Customer’s email address provided during checkout.

  2. The download link is valid for at least 7 days or a limited number of downloads (specified in the email).

  3. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct and functional.

V. Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. In accordance with Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code and applicable EU law, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract once the digital product has been delivered, if:

    • delivery was made with their prior express consent, and

    • the Customer was informed before completing the order that they will lose the right to withdraw once the product is delivered.

  2. By completing the order and payment, the Customer explicitly agrees to this waiver of the right to withdraw.

VI. Complaints

  1. If the download link does not work or the file is corrupted, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days from purchase at info@coloreepages.com.

  2. The Seller will re-send the digital file or provide an alternative download solution free of charge.

  3. No complaints are accepted for issues caused by incompatible software or hardware on the Customer’s side.

VII. Use License

  1. The purchased digital product is for personal use only.

  2. The Customer is not allowed to distribute, resell, share, or modify the product for commercial purposes.

  3. All copyrights remain with the Seller or original creator.

VIII. Personal Data Protection

  1. The Seller processes only the necessary data to fulfill the order (e.g. name, email, billing address).

  2. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties, except payment processors and legal obligations.

IX. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Czech law and applicable EU legislation.

  2. The Customer may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  3. The Seller is not bound by any codes of conduct.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms. The version valid at the time of order applies.
